Vintage 16" sterling silver necklace by Silpada features a black and gold lip mother of pearl abalone shell pi donut pendant that measures 1.5" in diameter.

If you, however, prefer a brilliant shine rather than the patina that comes with age, most items can be easily polished by a jeweler.
