This 14 karat yellow gold diamond engagement ring from Ruud Jewelers was purchased in 2013 for $4000. 

 

The ring is set with one 5.10 x 5.14 x 3.13mm(d) round brilliant cut diamond that has been graded by the GIA and given a unique serial number. The serial number is laser-inscribed on the diamond's girdle and this number corresponds to a detailed report from the GIA that includes all of the diamond's characteristics, such as its cut, color, clarity, carat weight, dimensions and other unique features. 

For this diamond, the GIA Report # 1152009771 lists the following details: .50 carat, H color grade, VS-2 clarity grade, excellent cut grade, excellent polish, excellent symmetry, no fluorescence. #F
