This open-heart pendant is crafted from 10-karat yellow gold and finished with a bright polish. Set in the open heart design are twenty-five 1.3mm round single-cut diamonds totaling 0.20ctw and one 5.50 x 5.30mm oval-shaped tanzanite gemstone weighing 0.31 carats. The pendant is suspended on a 14-karat yellow gold box chain measuring .5mm (w) x 18 inches (l). #A
