Warm, elegant, and beautifully sculpted, this vintage shell cameo pendant brooch features a finely carved classical female profile framed in an engraved 14 karat yellow gold mounting. 

Carved from natural shell, the cameo displays rich orange and ivory coloration that highlights the graceful profile, flowing drapery, and softly detailed features. The warm hues of the shell create exceptional contrast and lend the portrait a distinctly Mediterranean character, while the translucent quality of the material allows light to illuminate the carving from within.

Surrounding the cameo is a decorative engraved yellow gold frame adorned with flowing botanical motifs that complement the organic beauty of the shell.
