This sterling silver necklace originally retailed for approximately $380 and is part of Tiffany & Co.’s “Return to Tiffany” collection—one of their most classic and recognizable jewelry lines. Initially inspired by the company’s key rings that were first introduced in the 1960s, this motif has become iconic over time, symbolizing both heritage and modern everyday wearability.

The necklace is crafted from sterling silver and measures 18 inches in length, resting nicely near the collarbone. It features the signature heart-shaped tag paired with a key charm on the same necklace — a romantic, timeless motif that has become popular over the years. The signature heart-shaped tag and key charm are centered and bear the engraved text "Please Return to Tiffany & Co., New York" on the front of the heart tag, along with a 925 stamp. The necklace is secured with a spring ring clasp. 

The piece is classic and timeless, mixing elegant simplicity with symbolic design - the heart tag evokes the "Return to Tiffany" heritage while the key charm adds a playful, romantic touch.
