A striking and dimensional cluster ring crafted in 10K gold and marked P*M for Milor, the respected Italian jewelry house known for fine gold design.

At its center rests an oval blue topaz (3 x 5 mm, approx. 0.22 carat), surrounded by eight oval blue topaz (3 x 4 mm each), creating a richly layered floral cluster. The vibrant sky-blue gemstones total approximately 1.36 carats and are framed by 44 round diamonds (1 mm each, approx. 0.16 carat total weight), adding brilliance and contrast. 

The scalloped, tiered setting gives the ring dramatic finger presence, while the structured multi-row band provides balance and durability. At over 5 grams of gold, the piece feels substantial and well-made — a true statement ring. #90 #A.
