This antique 1920s navette 10-karat yellow gold ring is bezel-set with one 21.5 x 4.8 x 6mm(d)  marquise-shaped dendritic agate cabochon gemstone. The ring design features a split shank that connects just  below the bezel and is adorned with a curved fleur-de-lis motif, which is very typical of Victorian jewelry.

The organic beauty of nature comes to life with dendritic agates, as their dendrite inclusions are known to resemble trees, leaves, or ferns.  The contrast of the black or brown dendrites against the agate's typically milky white, gray, or light yellow-brown color creates a striking display, each one unique. #90 #A.
