 18K Yellow Gold Lebanese Hallmarked Ruby & Diamond Three-Stone Ring - c 1940s

A classic 1940s mid-century band features integrated illusion-style prongs flanked by architectural horizontal grooves. This hefty, wide-front design gave 1940s jewelry a substantial, wealthy presence on the hand during a time when bold metalwork was highly fashionable. 

The three-stone ring is crafted in 18K yellow gold, and features two 3.5mm round brilliant-cut natural rubies flanking a 3.5mm round brilliant-cut diamond. Ten 1.5mm round single-cut diamonds accent the shoulders, adding delicate sparkle to the elegant design.

The exterior of the back of the band bears Lebanese hallmarks, including the Eastern Arabic numeral ١٨ (18) and the Lebanese cedar assay mark, identifying its gold fineness and Lebanese hallmarking.

Gemstones: Two natural round brilliant-cut rubies, approximately 0.30–0.36 ctw estimated; center round brilliant-cut diamond, approximately 0.16 ct estimated; ten single-cut diamonds, approximately 0.02 ctw estimated. #90
