A lovely vintage gemstone ring with classic sapphire-and-diamond elegance.

Elegant vintage 14K yellow gold ring featuring seven marquise cut natural blue sapphires arranged in a graceful elongated navette design. The sapphires are framed above and below by twelve sparkling single cut diamonds set in white gold accented settings, creating beautiful contrast and dimension.
