Vintage 10K Gold Diamond-Accented Reddish-Orange Gemstone Pendant Necklace on Italian Danecraft Gold Vermeil Sterling Chain

This distinctive vintage necklace features a richly colored reddish-orange teardrop cabochon accented by sparkling natural diamonds and set in a graceful 10K yellow gold mounting by Heng Ngai Jewelry Group (HN). 

The pendant showcases a substantial pear-shaped gemstone cabochon displaying warm reddish-orange tones with subtle pink undertones and a soft waxy luster. Under magnification, the stone exhibits a dense aggregate structure, creating a unique depth and visual texture.

Twenty round single-cut diamonds accent the flowing gold design, adding brilliance and enhancing the pendant's elegant presentation.
