Cast in a warm, weighty metal, this piece features deeply carved elephant figures moving in a continuous procession around the exterior. The lid rises to a gentle peak and is finished with a reclining elephant sculpture that echoes the motifs along the sides. Textured foliage and patterned borders frame the animals, giving the box a fully detailed, dimensional surface.
