This circa 1970-1980s handcrafted sterling silver Navajo ring is signed by the artisan and is a truly striking statement piece. The ring features a navette style, meaning "little ship," and is sawtooth bezel-set with one 11mm (w) x 65mm (l) elongated oval, polished, blue turquoise stone. The setting measures 73mm in length and features a skillfully crafted, eye-catching design that treats the eye to the warmth of an oxidized frame with a twisted rope embellishment and the pleasing contrast of the brightly polished edge details of the cupped design and the beaded details that line the frame. The visual impact in terms of size, color and texture makes the stone stand out more and draws the eye, effectively making the display feel more expansive and impactful. It's the perfect setting to accent and protect such a magnificent stone.

To balance the ring’s elongated form, the artisan created a well-designed three-split band that enhances stability and strength. The split design evenly distributes weight across the finger, providing greater comfort to the wearer. #90
