This exquisite 18-karat yellow gold ring by H. Stern was purchased in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, in the 1980s, and is stamped with the H. Stern trademark inside the band. The ring features a center-set natural aquamarine gemstone measuring 9.50mm x 12.00mm x 6.40mm(d), weighing 5.40 carats. The gemstone's cut is excellent, its color is graded as light blue (WOC 7.5B 7/6), and its clarity is eye-clean. On each side of the aquamarine are two 1.85 mm round brilliant-cut diamonds and a 2.00mm x 3.50 mm marquise-shaped diamond. Together, these six diamonds have a total weight of .20 carats.
