This 14 karat rose gold ring by EFFY has a bright polish finish and is set with one round natural Oregon sunstone and eighteen round brilliant cut diamonds. The Oregon sunstone features a round brilliant cut, measures 9mm x 9mm x 6mm(d), weighs 2.57 carats and has been clarity and color graded as slightly included, moderately reddish orange (Munsell 7.5R 5/8) and with a very good cut.

Oregon sunstone is unique because it contains copper platelets, as opposed to sunstone from other areas that contain hemitite platelets. The copper platelets create a deep peachy color and an optical phenomenon called aventurescence or the schiller effect. The schiller effect is when light reflects off the copper platelets, giving the stone a shimmering, warm metallic appearance, a phenomenon unique to Oregon sunstones, our state gemstone. 

The two diamonds that accent the ring to each side of the gemstone measure 2.80mm - 2.80mm x 1.68mm(d), weigh .16ctw, have an H color and VS2-SI-1 clarity. The sixteen pave set round brilliant cut diamonds along the ring shank graduate in diameter from 1.10mm to 1.50mm and weigh .12 ctw. They are of H-I color and SI clarity. Collectively the diamonds weigh is .28ctw. #90 #A.
