Vintage Shell Cameo Pendant Brooch with Marcasite Accents in 800 Silver & 925 Sterling Silver Chain

Elegant and timeless, this early to mid-20th century shell cameo pendant brooch features a beautifully carved female profile framed in an ornate 800 silver mounting accented with sixteen sparkling marcasite stones.
