This handcrafted clamper-style bracelet is crafted with 950 fine silver, and designed with an abalone shell inlay over each of the thirteen panels that make up the exterior of the bracelet. The colors of the abalone shell are phenomenal and you can tell each shell was individually selected with care. It is a wonderful example of fine handcrafted Taxco jewelry artistry, and is signed by the artisan.

The bracelet measures just over 2" wide at the front, tapering to 15mm at the back and measures 7.25" in circumference when fully closed. One of the best features of this style of bracelet is that it is designed to be easy to operate. Its spring-loaded clasp allows for a one-handed closure, and to open you simply apply pressure to the ends of the bracelet, which spreads them apart to fit around your wrist. 

The bracelet weighs a substantial 52.85 grams and is in excellent vintage condition.
