This beautiful Swiss blue topaz and diamond heart-shaped slide pendant necklace features one prong-set 7.30mm x 7.30mm heart-shaped blue topaz gemstone and five 1.40mm round brilliant channel-set diamonds. The blue topaz gemstone weighs 1.74 carats and the diamonds collectively weigh .05 carats.

The slide pendant has a bright polish finish and measures .875" (h) x .50"(w). The pendant is suspended from a 14 karat yellow gold snake style chain that measures 1mm in width and 18" in length. #90
