16.15ct Precious White Opal & 1.71ctw Diamond 14K Gold Ring

This 14 karat yellow gold Australian precious white opal and diamond ring is a gorgeous statement piece that features all natural stones and weighs a substantial 16 grams.

The opal is carved in an oval shape that measures 26.70 x 18.66 x 7.30mm(d) and weighs 16.15 carats. It is prong set in a decorative basket setting and surrounded by a halo of bright white diamonds that weigh 1.71 carats.

The play of color for this opal is displayed across the entire stone. It consists of a pinfire pattern that lights up the stone with colors of green and blue, but also features color flashes in green, blue and purple against a white background. The stone is semi-translucent with an excellent polish and free of any inclusions, matrix, crazing or pits.

The halo of diamonds is made up of thirty 2.5mm round brilliant cut diamonds of G-H color, VS1-SI1 clarity and with an excellent cut. #90 #A
