Circa 1950s, handcrafted Zuni ring is designed in a thirteen stone turquoise petit point satellite cluster motif. The oval turquoise stones in the satellite are smaller and thinner stones with beaded details between them. The center turquoise stone is considerably larger with an offset twisted rope design. The turquoise stones are blue with considerable green mottling throughout, which is usually indicative of a higher iron content in the stone. The shank of the ring is stamped with tribal pictorial symbols. The ring is in good vintage condition with the typical patina.Stamps: Sterling, pictorial stampsIn order to preserve the original vintage integrity of our items, we do not polish them. We have found that many customers prefer the warm patina of a vintage, unpolished piece. If you, however, prefer a brilliant shine rather than the patina that comes with age, most items can be easily polished by a jeweler.
