The telltale signs of the gemstone's natural origin are visible in the stone and I see no evidence of heat treatment. The aquamarine measures 23.30mm x 18.67mm x 12.70mm and weighs 40.57 carats. It has been graded as type 1, light blue (Munsell 7.5B 6/6), and to have an excellent cut.  

The enhancer bail is accented with eight 1.40mm round brilliant cut channel-set diamonds that weight .08 carats in all. Color has been graded as G-H and SI-1 clarity. 

The overall dimensions for the pendant are 1.625"(l) x .875"(w). #90, #A.
