Rinker, features seventy-four purplish-pink sapphires (2.39ctw) and twenty diamonds (.22ctw) of excellent color, clarity, cut and polish.  This handmade piece is stunning with a puffed design, engraved details, milgrained edges and an open gallery design that shows off the micro-set work on the sapphires and diamonds. Cross measures 2" x 1.25" and weighs 10.4 grams. Retail $7500.
